We woke up to frost! Oh it’s one nippy morning. But the sun is also shining! Can you believe I went to bed at 9 pm and slept in until 8 am!
The camper in the above picture pulled out this morning. They were from Alaska.
I took a picture of the frost on the ground, but unfortunately you really can’t see it on the picnic table or the ground. Around 8.30 am our friend Steve called to remind hubby that he is helping him put brakes on his truck today. So we got dressed and headed over to Steve’s place.
Here is Steve .. I remembered my camera today and he was complaining about his hair and i snapped his picture. Sorry buddy but i just couldn’t resist. Although i did post the picture of your beautiful smile .. hugs
Here is hubby hard at work. Even though we are not doing a church project .. you can still hubby is doing volunteer work by helping out a friend.
After hubby got the front brakes installed (the back brakes were okay and didn’t need replaced) he cleaned up at Steve’s place and then we headed to Hard Rock for their cheap buffet lunch. Steve insisted on buying us lunch since hubby wouldn’t take any money for the brake job. We spent several hours visiting and spending time with our good friend.
Then we stopped by another Wal-mart to see if they had hubby’s fur fish game magazine. He is having withdrawals from it. No luck. We came home and spent our evening just relaxing. Since i didn’t get my morning devotional time in .. I'm going to do it before bed time. Hope you all are staying warm. It’s going to be another cold night here .. but we are prepared and it’s nice and warm inside our comfy home.
