It’s finally here!! It’s moving day. Dolly knew what was going on this morning. I put her out to potty and she headed to truck and wanted in :) She wasn’t happy when we brought her back inside but it’s really cold out there and the truck has to warm up. There was frost this morning! Lexi is excited and Roo isn’t sure what is going on.
We had a nice surprise our oldest son spent the night. Wasn’t that sweet. He is going to miss his mommy and daddy. After we got our son to leave this morning (love u babe:) we got thing busy and it was going to be the first time we pulled the slides in with our new refrigerator. I knew it was going to be a very tight fit with it and our freezer. I was happy when it fit and trust me there is no room to spare. I draped a rug over the freezer to keep the freezer and refrigerator from rubbing the paint off one another. Hubby braved the cold and had us hooked to the truck and unplugged from electric and we were on the road at 7.54 AM New time. Did you remember to set your clocks back?
Roo resting her head on the door as she was looking out the window .. She is a good rider, she just has to learn when we stop she has to be put on her leash before she can get out. She thinks she can dart out without being on a leash.
Dolly snuggled up in her cover .. all nice and comfy for a long day.
Lexi waiting for her chance to escape to the front seat.
We will be in Missouri soon
Welcome to Missouri, state #2
Ughh welcome to AR state # 3, as always the road is so ruff and bouncing your pictures are blurred
This cotton field in AR hasn’t been harvested yet .. looks like snow
Welcome to Tennessee state # 4
Were in Mississippi but i missed the welcome sign (sorry) the ABS light came on truck about the same time and hubby was beginning to panic. We pulled over and couldn’t find anything so we stopped at the first rest area in MS and when we started the truck back up and started on down the road it went off and all seemed well. We did not have but about 26 miles to go so we decided to try it.
We are currently at the Wallace Campground in Enid COE Park, look at my back yard! We arrived a little after 5 PM and just before dust and found the site we wanted and got set up just in time before the sun went completely down. We got the last unreserved water front site. I am looking forward to spending a few days here.
