We woke up to rain, it rained most of the night. I slept in until 10 am!! My back was bothering me so Papa entertained Hailey while i slept. Hailey and Papa went fishing this morning and Hailey proudly shows their catch.
We spent most of the mid morning and early afternoon inside. Hailey played on the computer while Papa took a nap and grandma picked up a bit. Then we decided to go riding and fishing.
when we got down to the road we got a huge surprise! The water is rushing down the creek and has came up big time!
Down at Wilder the water was almost level with the handicap ramp. Usually the water is much lower then this. As you can see the pretty blue/green .. Not this afternoon!
Since no fishing this afternoon we took 4 wheeler rides instead.
There was no crossing the stream today because of the high water.
We came home and Hailey and Papa grilled hot dogs and polish sausage on the grill while grandma made mac and cheese inside.
