It’s a chilly day so being outside wasn’t on the list. I had other things to do instead. I spent the day getting things ready for the grands this weekend. We headed to our son’s house to pick up our precious grands. We arrived before Hailey got home from school. As soon as she arrived we loaded up their stuff and headed back home. First on the list was a trip to Wal-mart for Toys! Toby got a new trash truck and motorcycles, Hailey got a new barbie and both got new movies.
then we went to McDonald’s for some dinner. We got home and the kids played outside for a bit but it was pretty chilly so we went inside and played with the new toys and then before we knew it was time to get ready for bed. We got Hailey sea turtle earrings for her souvenir and Toby got a Mary Manatee book from our winter trip. Toby enjoyed Papa reading to him.
while Hailey played her DS. Grandma also had to read the book to Toby and before long both were out like a light and so was Papa and Grandma. We had a great time spending our Friday the 13th!
